Case of a publication created by a redactor et validated by a publisher.
If the redactor updates the header or the content of the publication, this one is going again in the validation process (the publication must be validated again by the publisher) : this is correct.
If the redactor updates an attached file, the publication is going again in the validation process : correct.
But, if the redactor deletes an attached file, the publication is not going in the validation process : it should.
