Il semblerait que cela soit dû à une trace en mode debug qui affiche l'id de la clef alors que le tree peut-être null0

Attention ! Ce problème n'est pas systématique.
De ce fait, l'analyse de l'arborescence est nécessaire... Ce problème peut peut être en cacher un autre.
