Permet de personnaliser via un template la notification envoyée aux abonnés internes concernant la parution d'une newsletter.

Ajout de variables disponibles pour les templates :
$infoLetter$ : le bean InfoLetterPublicationPdC
$infoLetterTitle$ : Le nom de la publication
$infoLetterDesc$ : La description de la publication

- Ajout d'un nouveau template de notification de parution infoLetter nommé infoLetterNotification_XX.st : Mise en ligne d'une parution :
$senderName$ vous informe de la mise en ligne d'une nouvelle parution...
